On April 2011, Infinity Networks Security Sdn Bhd (INS) was awarded to implements its solution at Alpha Genesis Hotel (AGH) at Kuala Lumpur. INS had implemented Unified Thread Management Systems (UTMS)) and Hotspot Management System (HMS) to cater the hotel vision to provide the best internet facilities to their in-house guests and also their staffs. With the implementation of the solutions, the hotel is having control of the bandwidth and web filtering of it users. Each user is required to use the assigned user id and password to enjoy the internet facility in the hotel. With this implementation, it is a first steps for INS to provide best quality and reliable solutions to customer.
